Sautéed Herb Shrimp With Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 cup ¡Yo Quiero! Corn Salsa
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted herb seasoning
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- Fresh lime wedges (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Season the shrimp: Pat shrimp dry and place in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and roasted herb seasoning until evenly coated.
- Sauté: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Assemble: Transfer shrimp to a serving platter. Top with diced avocado and a generous spoonful of ¡Yo Quiero! Corn Salsa.
- Finish: Add a squeeze of fresh lime and a sprinkle of cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
