Cool and tasty shrimp ceviche recipe, shrimp served with chopped red onion, chile, cilantro, cucumber, avocado with lemon and lime juices.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Raw Shrimp, peeled & deveined (13-15 count)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Limes, juiced & zested
  • 1 Lemon, juiced & zested
  • 1 Vine Tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 Red Onion, minced
  • 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, deveined & minced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 8oz pkg of ¡Yo Quiero!™️ Super Chunky Avocado

Instructions

  • Add the shrimp, salt, pepper, lime juice and lemon juice to a large bowl and let sit for 10 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
  • Toss gently with the remaining ingredients (excluding the avocado) and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve over ¡Yo Quiero!™️ Super Chunky Avocado with crackers, tortilla chips, or pita chips.
