Ingredients

MEATBALLS

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 3/4 cup Pork Rinds, crushed
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, minced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

QUESO

  • 1 15 oz Tub of ¡Yo Quiero!™️ 4 Pepper Queso
  • 2 slices Bacon, for garnish
  • 1 Jalapeno, for garnish

Instructions

MEATBALLS

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a cast iron skillet or baking dish.
  • Add all of the ingredients for the meatballs into a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out balls of meat and roll between your hands to form the meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

QUESO

  • When the meatballs are nearly cooked through, heat up the queso dip in the mircovave in 30 second increments to avoid buring.
  • Pour into a serving bown and top with accon and jalapeno.
  • Arrange meatballs around the cheese sauce and serve with toothpicks for dipping.
