1. Turn on Instant Pot saute setting.
2. Saute onions and garlic in the olive oil. Cook until tender.
3. Add chicken, broth, and cumin.
4. Cover and lock the lid. Cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes. Natural release 15 minutes and quick release after.
5. Remove the chicken breast from the soup and shred the chicken.
6. Return the shredded chicken. Add lime juice and stir. Add in fresh cilantro and ¡Yo Quiero!™️ Mashed Avocado.
