SLICED CHICKEN FLATBREAD
Flatbreads have become very popular and are appearing on many restaurant menus as appetizers. Take the hard work out of creating a delicious meal with this recipe. We think this combo of sliced grilled chicken and our Spinach Artichoke Cream Cheese Dip is the perfect flatbread for entertaining, lunch, and even an afternoon snack to share.

INGREDIENTS
1 8oz container of ¡Yo Quiero! Avocado Cream Cheese Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 cooked or grilled chicken breast, sliced (left-overs are perfect for this!)
1 packaged large flatbread (keep package for heating instructions)
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare the flatbread as directed.
2. Once done, pull the flatbread from the oven (leave the oven on) and layer it with the Spinach Artichoke Avocado Cream Cheese Dip.
3. Next, layer the sliced chicken, fresh spinach, and thinly sliced jalapeno peppers. If you do not like spicy foods, you can leave off the jalapeños or replace with bell peppers.
4. Put back in the oven for 2 to 5 minutes to let the chicken heat and the dip to melt.
