- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
- 1 cup ¡Yo Quiero! Queso (Traditional or Blanco)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers for topping
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until well blended.
- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
