Mini Holiday Layered Dip Cups

Super cute and personal, these individual holiday layered dip cups with snowflake tortilla chips are a guaranteed crowd favorite at parties! This dip recipe is perfect for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or even Homegating parties.

Ingredients

SNOWFLAKE TORTILLA CHIPS

  • 2 Flour Tortillas
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt Flakes (optional)

HOLIDAY LAYERED DIP CUPS

  • 1 15oz package of ¡Yo Quiero!™️ Chunky Guacamole
  • 1 15oz package of ¡Yo Quiero!™️ Mild Salsa
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced (for garnish)
  • 2 Jalapeño Peppers, sliced (for garnish)
  • 4 tbsp Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 8 9 Ounce Plastic Tumblers

Directions

SNOWFLAKE TORTILLA CHIPS

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350° F. Brush or spray a couple of baking trays with olive oil.

     

  • Take snowflake cookie cutters and cut as many snowflake shapes as you can from the two flour tortillas.

     

  • Carefully place the tortilla snowflakes onto the oiled baking trays. Brush or spray them with oil and sprinkle over a little bit of salt (optional).

     

  • Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the snowflakes are starting to brown around the edges and are crispy. Keep an eye on them as they can burn easily.

     

  • Once baked and crispy, remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack.

HOLIDAY LAYERED DIP CUPS

  • Slice and dice Roma tomatoes and jalapeño peppers.

     

  • Layer the dips into each cup.

     

  • Garnish with feta cheese crumbles, Roma tomatoes, and jalapeño slices.

     

  • Store in the refrigerator until serving and serve with snowflake tortilla chips.
