Cottage Cheese Pizza Bites

Ingredients

  • ¡Yo Quiero! Grab & Go Dips
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
  • Mix cottage cheese, eggs, coconut flour, salt, and garlic in a bowl.
  • Scoop onto the pan, flatten slightly, and bake 20–25 mins.
  • Remove, add ¡Yo Quiero! Grab & Go Dips as the sauce + mozzarella, then bake 5–10 mins more until cheese melts. Enjoy!
