UFO Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp of ¡Yo Quiero! Candied Jalapeños
  • 1-2 tbsp of ¡Yo Quiero! Candied Jalapeños
  • 2 syringes filled with ¡Yo Quiero! Queso Blanco
  • 1 brioche bun
  • Chipotle mayo (see below)
  • (2) 2.5 oz ground beef (80/20), shaped into a ball prior to smashing
  • 1 slice provolone cheese, sliced in half
  • 1 red jalapeño pepper, diced

     

Chipotle Mayo Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder

Directions

  • Preheat flat-top grill on medium/high heat.
  • To prepare chipotle mayo: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey and chipotle powder.
  • Add ground beef to flat-top and press to form smashburger shape.
  • Grill on both sides, add provolone cheese and remove once cheese is melted and burgers are cooked.
  • Add red jalapeño peppers and sauté until lightly browned.
  • Assemble smashburger by adding chipotle mayo to bun followed by the smash burgers, ¡Yo Quiero! Candied Jalapeño and red jalapeño.
  • Inject with ¡Yo Quiero! Queso and ENJOY!
