INGREDIENTS
6 slices Whole-Grain Bread
1 8oz package of ¡Yo Quiero!™️ Mashed Avocado
1/4 cup Cucumber, diced
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/8 cup Red Onion, diced
1/8 cup Chives, chopped
1/8 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/8 cup Pomegranate Seeds
2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
1. Use cookie cutters to cut the bread into desired shapes.
2. Place the shaped pieces of bread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Once you have cut out all of your shapes, toast in a 425° F oven for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
4. Prep and dice cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, red onion, and chives.
5. Spread each piece of toast with some of the ¡Yo Quiero!™️ Mashed Avocado and top with desired toppings.
