At ¡Yo Quiero!, food safety is our top priority. All ingredients undergo rigorous testing and audits, and all of our products undergo High Pressure Processing (HPP) to help eliminate potentially harmful pathogens while preserving freshness and quality, with exception of our queso products. The queso products are made in the U.S. and undergo a validated heat kill step to ensure they meet the same high standards for safety and quality.
